You will have everything in one place, without the overwhelm. This is not a generic fitness app or a collection of spreadsheets. You will track your training and log sessions, while I monitor your data, progress your mesocycles, and adjust your program as needed. Every exercise includes demonstrations and voice over guidance, so you are never guessing and it feels like I am with you in the gym. This is also where I program your nutrition, review technique videos, and communicate with you 1:1.

BECOME EDUCATED IN THE PROCESS

My goal is for you to become educated in the process, so you understand how to train, eat, recover, and build the mindset required for results that last beyond coaching. Every decision is based on your individual circumstances and the evidence, not guesswork. This is delivered through weekly check ins, ongoing 1:1 communication, and in app educational mini series.

ABOUT ME, YOUR 1:1 COACH

I grew up in the early 2000s, when being “skinny” was idolised. The pressure to become the smallest version of myself led me into constant restriction and control. I became underweight, over-exercised, and lost myself in the process. That eventually swung the other way into rapid weight gain and a lifestyle that only deepened the struggle.

Strength training changed everything for me. Learning to fuel my body to perform and build, rather than break it down or self-sabotage, freed me from patterns that didn't serve me.

Over time, that passion led me to compete at a professional level, where I experienced fat loss and muscle gain at the more extreme end of the spectrum. Applying the theoretical knowledge I had developed throughout my career as a personal trainer in real world, high pressure environments deepened my understanding of body composition beyond what theory alone can teach. While there is a place for extremes in this sport, living through them taught me the opposite. How essential sustainability, health, and mindset are for women to achieve results that support their lives long term.

Today, I embody an approach where longevity, health, and enjoyment are just as important as physical transformation. Now don't get me wrong - results matter. Nobody wants fluff. But through my own journey, and through helping hundreds of women transform over the past decade as a personal trainer, I have seen the same truth repeatedly:

Getting results is one thing. Keeping them comes down to an approach that is sustainable enough to stick to, and enjoy.

Progress is only progress if it is achieved without burnout.

That is why the foundation of my coaching is built on true 1:1 personalisation. Because the lessons, approach, and plan that create long-term results for you will look entirely different to the next person.
